Ce Krong Mhoo (Thai Spare Ribs)

Although technically not an original Thai dish, spare ribs have made their way across continents into various cuisines, each with their own twist. The Thai twist comes in the marinade – traditional Thai herbs such as kaffir lime leaf, galangal root and lemongrass are a few examples of what is synonymous to the taste of Thailand and what makes our spare ribs Thai.

Like many Thai dishes, spare ribs needs to be eaten with your hands in order for you to fully appreciate the succulent and tender meat, each bite is bursting with the infused flavour of soy sauce, coriander, garlic and Thai herbs.

You too can try this dish at Limehouse Thai, where a bite of our spare ribs will transport you to a food stall on the streets of Bangkok, enjoying this dish with a refreshing cold beer.
